What a 5-tail operator pays

Essential base (3 tails included)$249.00 / mo
2 tails over included × $60$120.00 / mo
TOTAL$369.00 / mo

That's ~$74 per tail, all-in — for the whole crew's FAR 135.267 compliance, fleet oversight, and FAA-ready exports. Add the Pro plan for dispatch, swaps, and the AI copilot. The overage rate is the same $60/tail on every plan, so growing your fleet never pushes you onto a pricier curve.

// // FAQ

Questions you're about to ask

What's a “tail”?

One registered aircraft (one N-number). A flight school with 6 trainers is 6 tails. A charter op with 4 jets is 4 tails. Aircraft you bring on and off the cert mid-month are pro-rated daily.

Why per-tail instead of per-pilot?

Pilot count fluctuates monthly; aircraft count is the operator's actual capacity and revenue base. Per-pilot pricing also penalizes you for hiring — the opposite of what good software should do.

Do I need a Part 135 certificate to use this?

Pilot tier works for any Part 91 or Part 135 pilot. Operator tiers are designed for Part 135 operators, but Part 91 corporate flight departments use them too — the duty engine handles both.

What's the AI query limit?

Pilot (free): 15/mo. Essential: 100/mo. Pro: 500/mo. Operations: 2,000/mo. A query is one back-and-forth with the AI copilot. Looking up rolling totals or running a lookahead doesn't count — those are unlimited on every tier.
